Tracker 2.5

ARCHIVE

  • When archiving Tracked Items, you now the choice to archive All items in the current file, Closed items, Items shown in the current window, Highlighted items and Custom

CLOSING/REOPENING TRACKED ITEMS

  • When closing a Tracked Item, the date closed value selected was not always being reflected in the form

EMAIL

  • Mail store file may have become corrupted with incorrectly formatted emails

DATA FIELDS

  • In the auto calculation field, the date picker was not allowing selection of a date
  • Text fields that allowed multiple values were not showing bullets for fields that included data

FILE INFORMATION

  • Data was not always being displayed when previewing and printing

FILTERS

  • The "Last Quarter" filter for date fields was not reflecting the correct dates
  • The "Next year", "in two years" and "In three years" filters for date fields were not reflecting the correct dates
  • After switching views and/or a filter, by default, Dynamic filters are turned off and all data is shown
  • After applying filters, data was not being displayed correctly
  • The name of the <Default Filter> was able to be renamed but not saved (renaming was removed)

INSTALLER

  • The PTMSI_DESKTOP_SHORTCUT command-line option was not working when set to "0"

LIST WINDOW

  • Deleting multiple track items in the list window may have made Tracker unresponsive
  • Assigning multiple track items (when a filter is applied) in the list window may have made Tracker unresponsive

LINKS

  • Change the default location of links when creating new files
  • Change / migrate all current links for a current Tracker file to a new location

PROGRAM

  • When double-clicking on a file to run Tracker, the file did not always open
  • The Licensee Name field was not recognizing some characters correctly
  • When selecting multiple items in the list window (after applying a filter), Tracker may have become unresponsive if you assigned items

RENUMBER

  • Items in the "Prefix string" and Suffix string" drop down lists were not being deleted correctly

REPORTS

  • Statistical report / Options now includes an option to display the dates in different formats
  • When printing to PDF files, the PDF default file name sometimes included additional text as part of the default file name

REQUEST

  • The Request form now includes what fields were suggested for updates

REVIEWING RESPONSES

  • The Response Fields Updates dialog has been removed with all data now reflected in the Response form (Suggested field updates and Fields not responded to)
  • When reviewing a Response, fields in which there were no suggestions and fields with suggestions are now separate tables

SEARCH

  • When closing the Search pane with a search applied, the filter applied was not removed
  • Automatic search and five second delay options are no longer available (Search tool bar command is required to complete the search)
  • Clear option now removes any applied search

SCHEDULER

  • When scheduling emails using a new date field (with relative dates), Requests were sent for all Tracked Items even if the date field did not have any data
  • Scheduler still tried to run even though it had completed the task may have made Tracker unresponsive
  • Some data was not being saved properly after creating a scheduled task
  • Messages when using check recipients in scheduled tasks have been improved
  • The report scheduler now includes an option to replace the current report with the same name

SORTING

  • Sorting was not displaying the data with multiple choice fields

UPDATING PHAWORKS

  • The fields to update dialog now include options to "Select All" fields, "Deselect All" fields, and "Hide excluded fields"

FILTERS

  • After deleting or editing filters, Tracker may have become unresponsive when reopening the file

  • When copying views between files, Tracker may have become unresponsive

EMAIL

  • Distribution lists are now emailed to all individuals within the list
  • The distribution list name is reflected in the TO, CC, and BCC fields in the email

  • The "€" symbol was not able to be entered into the fields.

EXPORTING

  • Tracker was not prompting if you were going to overwrite a file

ESCALATIONS / REMINDERS

  • Ability to turn off the dialog that prompts about previewing scheduled reminders and escalation emails

FILTERS

  • Applied dynamic filters were not being updated correctly when switching between views and not showing the correct data
  • The condition "Between or equal" label was not being displayed correctly in the filters dialog
  • The condition "After" and "Before" labels (when last using a Relative date) were not being displayed correctly in the filters dialog
  • Changing filter condition from "Between or equal" to "Blank" were not being displayed correctly in the filters dialog
  • The "Days until tracked item is due" and "Days until response is due" fields in filters now include conditions of "Between", “Less Than” and “Greater Than"
  • The date filter now includes conditions of "Between", "Before", "Before Today", "After", "After Today", "Next week", "Next month", "Next quarter", "Next year", "Two years ago" and "Three years ago"
  • The default filter "Items past due", includes all items prior to the current date (not just due "Yesterday")
  • Some fields were missing the "Contains" and "Does not contains" conditions
  • The "Tracked item cost" filter would allow you to finish the wizard without entering any value.
  • Dynamic filters were missing the "Is not blank" condition

REPORTS

  • Some labels in the forms report are now displayed correctly

SCHEDULER

  • Running a scheduled report using some settings may make Tracker become unresponsive

STATUS BAR

  • Count of total tracked items being displayed reflected "0" at times

VIEWS

  • In the list window, if a filter is applied and the highlighted tracked item matched the filter, Tracker may become unresponsive
  • Applying dynamic filters in the list window may cause Tracker to become unresponsive
  • Deleting multiple tracked items in the list window may make Tracker become unresponsive
  • Since applied values for Dynamic filters are not saved as part of the view when closing a window, Tracker no longer prompts about saving the view

Tracker 2.01

DATA FIELDS

  • Added new fields "Assigned to - name only" and "Assigned to - email only". This will allow you to display the value in the "Assigned to" field using name only, name+email, or email only. These fields are available in reports and filters, but not available for display in the forms.
  • Added new fields "Escalate low - name only" and "Escalate low - email only". This will allow you to display the value in the "Escalate low" field using name only, name+email, or email only. These fields are available in reports and filters, but not available for display in the forms. Also true for "Escalation medium" and "Escalation high" fields.
  • Fixed typo in the "Scheduled task - last run time" field.
  • Removed smart grid fields (e.g., Escalation history) from lists (e.g., Sort) where the data would not be displayed correctly.

EXAMPLE FILE

  • Removed sample test filters.

FILTERS

  • Clicking on the filter drop down list with multiple filters now displays properly.
  • Filters with very long names no longer extend past the edge of the screen.

REPORTS

  • In the statistical report, the fields "Items past due by 1-30, 31-60 and more than 60" were removed as available fields in "Options" and "Category". They are not valid fields to use for the statistical report.

REQUESTS

  • If a person is not assigned any tracked items and have no requests assigned to them (even if they were assigned and then deleted), you can delete the contact from the address book.
  • When resending a request, the correct values are now used in the wizard, not values from another request.
  • The "Request Assigned To" dialog displays the complete subset of contact names for the selected requests.
  • The "Request Assigned To" choice is available in the "Activity" menu.
  • The "Request Assigned To" choice is available via right click if you select one or multiple requests (no tracked items).

RESPONDER MODE / COPY PROTECTION

  • Using Responder mode no longer requires Tracker keys. Responder mode includes an unlimited license.

SAVING

  • Unchecking the auto save disables the minutes option.
  • Added the option to not automatically backup when closing a file.
